What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise ground security teams at posts and access points
• Verify personnel passes, IDs, and vehicle documents
• Conduct patrols and monitor CCTV systems
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
• Operate metal/explosive detectors and X-ray machines
• Maintain detailed logs and incident reports
• Coordinate with clients and ensure SOP compliance
• Issue visitor/contractor passes with strict ID checks

What You Need

• Valid PLRD Senior Security Officer licence
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Comfortable with 12-hour rotating shifts (day/night)
• Role involves standing and patrolling for extended periods
