  • Security Service Provider acknowledges the Operator offers solely a platform for the publication and distribution of product advertisements, company profiles, and commercials. The Portal is neither economically nor legally bound or otherwise related to any enrollment contract or other contract concluded between the Security Service Provider and Inquirer.
• Use of Public data on social media channels
  • Security Service Provider agrees that the Operator may use social media channels to additionally promote product advertisements (e.g. Facebook, Whatsapp).
• Confidentiality on Login and Inquirer Data
  • The Security Service Provider is obliged to maintain confidentiality on the login data of its Security Service Provider Account.
  • The Security Service Provider is obliged to maintain confidentiality on any Inquirer’s information it has obtained via the use of SXC Portal.
• Availability of the SXC Portal
  • Security Service Provider acknowledges the Operator does not warrant availability and flawless operation of the Portal in the case of “Force Majeure”, and shall not be held liability for any consequences of a Force Majeure event.
  • Security Service Provider agrees the Operator is entitled to carry out maintenance works at the SXC Portal.
• Inappropriate Contents, Exemption from Liability
  • Security Service Provider acknowledges that it is prohibited to upload or otherwise put any inappropriate content onto SXC Portal; this applies in particular, but not exclusively, for: Discriminating contents and other offensive remarks, Private or other confidential information about a third party without its permission, Contents that violate the protection of children and minors.
  • Security Service Provider acknowledges the Operator is entitled to and will remove any content from SXC Portal that is illegal, insulting or otherwise inappropriate for publication.
• Accuracy of Product's detail postings
  • Security Service Provider declares that the information provided in all the Products' posting are true and correct.
