  • Training / Consultant Organisation acknowledges the Operator offers solely a platform for the publication and distribution of courses or consultancy advertisements, company profiles, and commercials. The Portal is neither economically nor legally bound or otherwise related to any enrolment contract or other contract concluded between the advertiser and an Applicant / Inquirer.
• Use of data on social media channels
  • Training / Consultant Organisation agrees that the Operator may use social media channels to additionally promote course / consultancy advertisements (e.g. Facebook,Whatsapp).
• Confidentiality on Login and Applicant Data
  • The Training / Consultant Organisation is obliged to maintain confidentiality on the login data of its Training / Consultant Organisation Account.
  • The Training / Consultant Organisation is obliged to maintain confidentiality on any Applicant / Inquirer’s information it has obtained via the use of SXC Portal.
• Availability of the SXC Portal
  • Training / Consultant Organisation acknowledges the Operator does not warrant availability and flawless operation of the Portal in the case of “Force Majeure”, and shall not be held liability for any consequences of a Force Majeure event.
  • Training / Consultant Organisation agrees the Operator is entitled to carry out maintenance works at the SXC Portal.
• Inappropriate Contents, Exemption from Liability
  • Training / Consultant Organisation acknowledges that it is prohibited to upload or otherwise put any inappropriate content onto SXC Portal; this applies in particular, but not exclusively, for: Discriminating contents and other offensive remarks, Private or other confidential information about a third party without its permission, Contents that violate the protection of children and minors.
  • Training / Consultant Organisation acknowledges the Operator is entitled to and will remove any content from SXC Portal that is illegal, insulting or otherwise inappropriate for publication.
• Accuracy of Course / Consultancy's detail postings
  • Training / Consultant Organisation declares that the information provided in all the Courses' posting or Service providing are true and correct.
