Job Responsibilities
• Oversee daily security operations and officer deployment
• Plan duty rosters, relief coverage, and manpower scheduling
• Coordinate with site supervisors and operations controllers
• Manage incidents, investigations, and corrective follow-ups
• Conduct site inspections to ensure PLRD and SOP compliance
• Liaise with clients on operational and service requirements
• Support officer onboarding, training, and performance tracking
• Prepare operational reports and documentation for management
Job Requirements
• Minimum Diploma or relevant experience in security operations
• 1–3 years’ experience in the security industry preferred
• Knowledge of PLRD regulations, deployment, and roster planning
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and perform under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Willing to be on standby / on-call when required
Added Advantage
• Possess valid PLRD license (SS and above)
• Experience liaising with clients and handling incidents
• Prior experience in security operations or manpower deployment
