- Job Position: Security Executive/Operations Executive Required
- Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee daily security operations across assigned sites
- : Plan and ensure effective manpower deployment and rostering
- : Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and performance checks
- : Handle incidents, investigations, and ensure timely reporting
- : Liaise with clients and maintain strong service relationships
- : Ensure compliance with SOPs, licensing requirements, and company standards
- : Supervise, Train, and Guide security personnel to uphold service excellence
- Job Requirements: Possess valid Security Officer License issued by Singapore Police Force
- : WSQ certifications SS & above
- : 1 Free Notification & RTT required
- : At least 2–5 years of relevant experience in the security industry
- : Experience in managing operations at MCST, Commercial, or Industrial sites
- : Strong Leadership, Communication, and Problem-Solving skills
- : Proficient in Report Writing and Basic Computer applications
- : Familiar with security systems such as CCTV, Access Control, and Patrol Systems
- Remuneration Package: Minimum S$3690.00
- : Monthly Performance Incentive (based on KPI)
