As a Loss Prevention Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of our guests, employees, and property.
6 workdays (rotating 3 shifts), 2 Offdays
Key Responsibilities
Safety & Security
Patrol all areas of the property to maintain safety and security.
Secure guest rooms and assist guests with room access.
Conduct daily hazard and safety inspections.
Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and control access to restricted areas.
Perform emergency drills and respond to incidents promptly.
Assist guests and employees during emergencies; provide first aid/CPR or contact EMS as required.
Investigate incidents, interview individuals, and complete accurate reports.
Defuse disturbances and escort unwelcome persons from the property.
Ensure compliance with laws (e.g., alcohol control regulations) and company security policies.
Guest & Employee Support
Handle guest interruptions, complaints, and safety concerns professionally.
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company service standards.
Anticipate guest needs and provide assistance with genuine appreciation.
Communicate clearly and professionally in person, in writing, and over the phone.
Teamwork & Leadership
Support management in training, motivating, and coaching team members.
Serve as a role model and first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.
Develop positive working relationships and support team goals.
Compliance & Standards
Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and reporting procedures.
Complete safety training and certifications.
Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality of all information.
Protect company assets and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications
Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
License or Certification: Possess valid security license, first aider certified
