🕒 Shift Pattern:
* 15 working days per month
* 12-hour shift
* 1-hour break included

📌 Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor CCTV and security systems
* Manage incidents and support crisis coordination
* Dispatch officers and coordinate ground response
* Prepare incident reports and updates
* Escalate cases to security leadership

✅ Requirements:
* Valid PRD License
* RTT Certified
* Minimum 1 year SOC / SSC experience
* Comfortable with 12-hour shifts
