Key Responsibilities (Vigilance and On-Site Leadership)
As a Security Executive, you'll be the critical link ensuring our standards of safety and professionalism are upheld in the field.

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide deployed officers on-site to ensure compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct routine patrols and spot checks to monitor officer performance, punctuality, grooming standards, and overall conduct.
- Report incidents, operational gaps, or non-compliance matters to the Operations Executive or Site-in-Charge in a timely manner.
- Verify officer attendance and ensure deployments are aligned with the approved duty roster.
- Support coordination of ad hoc manpower adjustments, including last-minute replacements, under the direction of the Operations team.
- Communicate deployment updates and operational instructions from Headquarters to site officers clearly and accurately.
- Ensure all deployed officers hold valid security licences and required certifications in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate site documentation, including deployment records, incident reports, and daily operational summaries.
- Act as the primary on-site liaison for officers’ operational matters and provide guidance where required.
- Escalate manpower constraints, site operational challenges, or disciplinary concerns promptly to the Operations Executive.
- Facilitate effective communication between ground officers and HQ to ensure smooth daily operations.

Preferred Experience

Prior experience in commercial or luxury retail security environments will be advantageous
