Responsibilities:
Monitors guest list and dress code.
Crowd control: Checks identification, spotting fake IDs.
Creates a safe environment for team and guests.
Watches the crowd for altercations, spots and diffuses disputes.
Conducts safety checks for weapons, drugs, or other illegal contraband.
Promptly attends to any incidents, incident and accident reporting.
Conducts patrols on-premises, looks out for any defects, and ensures all items of value belonging to the company or guests are safeguarded.
Engages with guests to answer their queries.
Ensures that VIPs are closely guarded due to sensitive issues.
Liaises with government bodies (e.g., police, ambulance) in the case of emergency and criminal activities committed/happened within company premises.
Job Requirements:
2 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
Possess PLRD license.
Good communication skills for internal and external.
Be able to work in a standing position for a long period (up to 5 hours).
Be able to communicate clearly and effectively in the predominant language(s) of our guests. Must have exceptional grooming habits.
Physical fitness - required to be physically up to the task of forcibly removing individuals from the premises or breaking up altercations.
