We’re looking for seasoned professionals ready to supervise, protect, and lead with confidence. What You’ll Do Lead and supervise ground security teams at posts and access points Verify personnel passes, IDs, and vehicle documents Conduct patrols and monitor CCTV systems Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies Operate metal/explosive detectors and X-ray machines Maintain detailed logs and incident reports Coordinate with clients and ensure SOP compliance Issue visitor/contractor passes with strict ID checks What You Need Valid PLRD Senior Security Officer licence Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience Strong leadership and communication skills Comfortable with 12-hour rotating shifts (day/night) Role involves standing and patrolling for extended periods
