Requirements
1. Possess PWM Chief Security Officer (CSO).
2. Prefer with experience in Customer Service or uniform group like Police or SAF/SCDF
3. Good interpersonal skills, dynamic, a good team player and ability to work very well with clients and security Officers
4. Prefer with own bike/transport.
5. Do be prepared to stand by 24hrs and react to any emergency at sites. Willing & able to stand in as SSS or SS or CSO
Duties
1. Be part of Reachfield Quick Respond Team (QRT) or Elite team & respond to any incidents / emergency in your allocated zones promptly.
2. Assist OM (Operations Manager) in the day-to-day operations and deployment of security personnel to the allocated sites.
3. Provide support for Operations Managers, Site Security Supervisors & assist in handling complaints or operational issues. Willing to stand-in as Security Officer or SS / SSS if needed and work 12-hour shift.
4. Offer suggestions to management to enhance security measures within the organization.
5. Conduct OJT training for new hires and conduct refresher courses on bomb threats & customer service. Train Security Officers to perform duties as required by clients.
6. Co-ordinate with management team and work with clients’ management to ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Able to carry out investigation and write reports.
8. Make rounds and checks to various sites to ensure staff are carrying out their duties accordingly and meet up with clients to get feedback on weekly basis.
9. Attend weekly meetings & contribute towards improving services to clients. Submit weekly / monthly report to management.
10. Any other duties related to the operations of the sites.
