Collaborate with the Security Manager in ensuring the Safety & Security of Guests and Associates, implementing Risk Management strategies within the Hotel property. Oversee the daily operations of contracted Security Officers, catering to the needs of both internal and external guests.

Demonstrate a keen understanding of Safety & Security requirements on the premises and execute administrative functions efficiently. Foster a team-oriented approach to meet departmental operational needs, possessing excellent communication skills. Showcase strong investigative abilities, delivering concise reports promptly.

Responsibilities:

• Safeguard and protect the Hotel's Property and Assets.
• Conduct daily briefings for contracted Security Officers, detailing Hotel Events and any operational necessities within the department.
• Implement high standards of Loss Prevention to ensure the well-being of Guests, Associates, Stakeholders, and Hotel Assets.
• Respond to Fire/Panic alarm activations promptly.
• Manage Lost & Found properties efficiently.
• Execute VVIP duties for foreign dignitaries.
• Address concerns related to Guest Room Electronic Locks and Room Safes.
• Conduct regular hazard checks and audits of Security Equipment.
• Maintain professional confidentiality at all times.
• Coach, motivate, and educate contracted Security Officers to uphold service standards.

Requirements: 

• Previous experience in security, preferably in a hospitality or similar high-end environment.
• Strong observational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
• Knowledge of security procedures and surveillance equipment.
