Job Responsibilities
▪️ Assist the Assistant Manager and above of Security Operations in monitoring, supervising and deployments to ensure that they are done effectively at all times.
▪️ Patrol and monitor resort properties / critical installations proactively and to attend to any untoward incident according to the approved procedures.
▪️ Ensure and maintain the customer service standards.
▪️ Control, contain, and / or neutralize any robbery, criminal hostage or criminal attack within property, according to the approved procedures.
▪️ Act as the casino’s Responsible Gaming Ambassador and provide advice to the patrons according to the regulator’s expectations and the resorts’ SOPs.
▪️ Manage, train and conduct audits for the outsourced security to ensure compliance and knowledge efficiency.

Job Requirements
▪️ Minimum GCE 'N' Level
▪️ Preferably with experience in Security
▪️ Pleasant and friendly mannerisms, with the ability to treat people with respect under all circumstances.
▪️ Able to perform shift work, including working on weekends and public.
