Requirements

- WSQ Full Qualification in Security, such as Certificate in Security, Advanced Certificate in Security or Diploma in Security Management.
- Excellent communication skills and a "people" person.
- Good interpersonal skills, dynamic, a good team player and ability to work very well with clients and security guards.
- High level of Initiatives, Independent, Meticulous and able to work under pressure & fast pace environment.
- Prefer with Singapore driving license and own vehicle (bike, van, car).
- Do be prepared to stand by 24hrs and react to any emergency at sites. No need to stand in for duty.

Job Description

- Build winning relationships with clients, regulators and other stakeholders.
- Co-ordinate with management team and work with clients’ management to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Respond to the Emergency, Incidents and Accidents at sites.
- Able to carry out investigation and write reports.
- Offer suggestions to management to enhance security measures and standard operation procedures within the organisation.
- Manage and provide effective leadership to the operations team around the clock
- Conducting Security Briefings and Trainings to operations team to ensure compliance to established procedures and SOP.
- Make rounds and checks to various sites to ensure staff are carrying out their duties accordingly and meet up with clients to get feedback on weekly basis.
- Attend weekly meetings & contribute towards improving services to clients. Submit weekly / monthly report to management.
- Other duties include conducting security surveys, supervisory checks, recruitment interviews and preparing reports.
