Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Graduate Diploma in Security Management OR Bachelor's Degree in Management or equivalent
At least 5 Years of relevant working experience is preferred
Excellent Operational Management / Excellence, Training/Coaching, Leadership, Critical Thinking. Operational Process Re-engineering and Communications skills
Preferably Manager specialized in Physical Security / Protective Services or equivalent.
Possess Class 3 driving license

Responsibilities
Oversee mix of sectors / Operations Executive amounting to around 200+ duty posts
Ensure excellent control over operations and client management
Report to Managing Director (MD) and Deputy MD
