Job Scope:
Inspect, maintain and file logs/records and initiate reports
Prepare weekly roster and to ensure sufficient manpower in the deployment site
Provide on-job Trainings and briefings for security team to ensure that they are aware of the site processes and to keep them updated from time to time
Vet incident reports submitted by the security team, and prepare and conduct After Action report and/or Review for incidents.
Ensure all security officers have proper certification and training required by PLRD and client.
Conduct site visits and surprise visit to ensure officers are alert.
Attend clients meeting as required by the respective sites.
Maintaining Quality in all Security operations and assist in project management for Security
Manage, plan, execute and coordinate drills to ensure security team is aware of the emergency procedures.

Job Requirements:
2 years of experience in security supervisory role
Minimum Diploma holder
Minimum PLRD Rank SS
