JOB ROLE

As key personnel in executing our security measures, which include:

1. Responding/Handling security incidents
2. Screening of visitors/staff/vehicle seeking entry
3. Coordinate and respond to emergency situation (eg. fire, safety hazards, threat to property etc), enforcing safety and order during such emergencies
4. First point of contact to welcome and provide assistance to any visitor
5. Perform regular patrols of company's premises and report any abnormalities observed
6. Conduct regular security checks to ensure only authorized persons/vehicles are allowed entry, and no unauthorised items are removed from the company
7. Remain vigilant at all times to identify any suspicious person, parcel or vehicles gaining entry/exit
8. Provide directions to drive-in customers in a courteous and professional manner
9. Issue appropriate passes for entry into company's premises, providing directions to respective places

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Possess valid Security license under PLRD
• Courteous yet tactful personality
• Familiar with escalation procedures
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts (7am to 7pm OR 7pm to 7am), may rotate based on business requirements
