(Able to be on-call when required for operational emergencies)

- Experience: 3–5 years in security operations or a coordination-heavy role.
- Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and security systems (CCTV, Access Control).
- Communication: Good written and spoken English.
- Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

📝 Job Scope:
- To coordinate and manage security operations across the APAC region, ensuring compliance, service standards, and client requirements.
- Operations & Coordination: Coordinate daily security operations across assigned sites. Monitor manpower deployment, attendance, and arrange relief coverage or emergency replacements.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain security documentation (duty rosters, incident logs, training records). Ensure SOPs are followed and assist in audits, inspections, and tracking license expiries.
- Incident & Liaison: Receive and coordinate responses to security incidents. Support site supervisors and prepare consolidated incident/investigation reports for the Regional Security Manager.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients on operational matters and handle feedback professionally. Communicate instructions clearly to internal stakeholders.
- Training & Performance: Assist in onboarding new team members and supporting drills/exercises. Monitor staff performance and recommend improvements to procedures.
