Roles & Responsibilities
The Deputy Security Manager is responsible for leading a team of security officers to ensure a safe and secure environment at Company’s sites and offices.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:
- Conduct security induction for employees at site.
- Manage turnstile set up and operations, CCTV and side gate access control.
- Support the Security Manager by reviewing existing security features at site and recommending new security control or features as well conducting security risk analysis and surveys if necessary.
- Brief security officers on the daily patrolling requirements such as looking out for suspicious articles, personnel and illegal activities.
- Ensure the security team records all vehicular / personnel movements into and out of the site and conduct foot patrol at different times during their shift.
- Conduct monthly spot checks on sites and living quarters, and take appropriate action on all wrongful acts / activities such as fighting or concealing offensive weapons.
- Manage monthly submission of security officers’ overtime and performance incentives, and plan weekly security team’s roster.
- Liaise with relevant authorities (i.e. SPF, MOM).
- Manage workers’ repatriation and escort workers to the airport (HQ only).
- To oversee transport arrangements for contractors from worksites to dorms and vice versa
- Carry out security investigations on incidents and submission in a timely manner
- Adherence to safety practices in the workplace.

- Ability to take on Public Relations’ duties for sites that are close proximity to commercial and residential area.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Education: Minimum Diploma in security management or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience
- Possess a Police Licensing & Regulatory Department (PLRD) license
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Words & Powerpoint)
- Willing to work in a construction environment
