Responsibilities
- Ensure all operations are carried on smoothly and in cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Participate in tender bids and negotiate contracts
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Perform any other reasonable duties and task assigned by company as and when required

- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Good leadership ability
- Degree educational level
- Report directly to Director and CEO
