About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee both day and night security operations at our assignment. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and able to manage a team while maintaining strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day/night security officers on-site
- Ensure compliance with assignment SOPs and company policies
- Manage daily operations, incident reporting, and documentation
- Liaise professionally with the client to address security matters
- Conduct regular site checks to maintain safety and security standards
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to the security team

Respond to emergencies, incidents, and escalations promptly

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good leadership, organizational, and conflict-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle client-facing duties
- Valid security licenses
