Requirements | Responsibilities
Manage and respond to security incidents and emergencies 24/7.
Plan, implement, monitor and control the performance of security personnel in various sites, including but not limited to motivation, professional appearance, attendance, job knowledge/Training, feedback handling, disputes, timesheets submission.
Assist Head Ops in the deployment roster of staff to all posts within the assigned district and to ensure the site contracts are filled by accurate headcounts and by suitably qualified personnel.
Manage officers including training, appraisals, leave matters, disciplinary actions and adherence with PWM grade.
Conduct supervisory visits to selected deployment sites as assigned and engage with staff / clients to improve work efficiency and customer stickiness.
Develop and maintain strong relationships and rapport with key internal stakeholders and external partners.
Assist in the management of clients’ feedback, incidents and any irregularities.
Assist Head Ops to prepare relevant investigation reports and corrective action plans.
Ensure implementation of the agreed formulated corrective/preventive plans.
Evaluate and approve daily/weekly attendance or time sheets for verification.
Participate in any project tender briefings with Marketing team.
Participate in WSH Committee meetings, and provide inputs to improve safety at site.
Ensure operational readiness of deployed site eg. Logistics, SOPs are communicated, red teaming readiness etc.
Ensure effective communication throughout the security deployment and ensure inter-departmental communication systems are in place.
Evaluate security partners’ performances at client deployment sites.
Participate in SACE audit and provide inputs for audit submissions.
Oversee the smooth running of the Centralised Ops Centre and ground communications.
Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor Degree
Few years managerial experience in frontline security/law enforcement
Knowledgeable in Security Technologies and digital transformation in the industry
Team player with good people and communication/presentation skills
Preferably with Class 3 or 2b due to travelling to different sites island wide
