Responsibilities:

- Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to incidents
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises
- Control access to the building and manage visitor registration
- Respond to alarms and emergencies
- Provide assistance to tenants and visitors
- Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

- Possess a valid Security Officer license from the Singapore Police Force
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and security protocols
- Physical fitness to perform patrol duties
- Ability to work on weekends and public holidays
