As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Operations Executive/Manager to join our team and drive our commitment towards operational excellence.

As an Operations Executive/Manager, you will be a key member of our dynamic team to ensure the highest level of quality, compliance, and professional security services for our clients. For this role, you will have to be a go-getter with a can-do attitude while being calm in times of adversity.

You will have to be highly skilled in executing and monitoring the security operations of the projects under your care. Ultimately, our ideal candidate should be able to develop a close feel of the ground with the ability to interact effectively with the group of officers under their charge.

Role and Responsibilities

- Responsible and accountable for effectively managing the day-to-day operations / allocated sites
- Conduct regular security and safety risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate countermeasures to mitigate potential risks
- Conduct investigations into security incidents, breaches or violations, ensuring prompt and thorough documentation and resolutions
- Overall in-charge of day-to-day operations of security personnel to the allocated sites
- Maintain and update daily/weekly/monthly roster, attendance, annual leave schedule and duty schedule.
- Ensure manpower deployment is in compliance according to both MOM & PLRD regulations
- Conduct OJT training for new hires and conduct refresher on SOP
- Grievance handling and confliction resolution
- Plan and schedule training for security personnel in alignment with PWM requirement
- Plan and conduct periodic exercises to ensure the vigilance of security personnel
- Assist with recruitment and selection of security personnel

Requirements

- WSQ Diploma in Security Management
- Proven leadership experience with managing a team of officers across varied projects
- Team player with a high level of initiative and resourcefulness
- Demonstrates strong communication skills at all levels
- Proficient in MS Office
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Class 3 driving license
