Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to the specific requirements of the security industry, including topics such as security procedures, emergency response, surveillance techniques, and conflict resolution.

2. Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and resources to engage learners and facilitate effective knowledge transfer.

3. Assess the effectiveness of training sessions through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes.

4. Provide guidance and support to participants throughout their training journey, addressing questions, concerns, and challenges as they arise.

5. Stay abreast of developments in various industries, including emerging trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate relevant updates into training programs.

6. Maintain a safe and respectful learning environment conducive to active participation, collaboration, and skill development.

7. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth among participants, encouraging them to pursue ongoing education and certification opportunities.

Requirements

• GCE “O” Level holder (GCE ‘N’ Level holder with aptitude may be considered)

• Certified WSQ competent as Security Officer in accordance with PWM framework.

• Preferably with ACLP or ACTA
