GENERAL MISSION
- Conforms to and enforce policies and procedures & rules and regulations as laid down by Brand and the Hotel in order to achieve the highest levels of uniformity and guest service.
- Directly reports to the Assistant Safety and Security Manager / Rooms Division Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for maintaining the highest level of security within the Hotel at all time whilst on duty.
- Protects all guests’ patrons and employees of their belongings.
- Ensures the Hotel’s property is well protected.
- To take charge of the Hotel Security during duty hours.
- Responsible for securing all hotel properties, staff and clientele in accordance with the procedures as stipulated in the security manual.
- Enforce the Hotel’s Rules and Regulations.
- Maintains a Hotel Logbook on incidents, complaints etc. and refer them, if required to the appropriate department for follow up action.
