· Reporting to the Director Operations, the Operations Executive candidate is to manage projects assigned and is competent on the following:

· to supervise the well-being and performance of the staff managed under the candidate's care

· to liaise with clients on their business needs, plan the necessary schedule and supervise the execution.

· to build and develop the own team of staffing through recruitment and interviews

· to liaise with HR on staffing support and training needs

· to participate in discussion with clients on business needs.

· candidate should have experience in both people and project management (HR operations)

· Excellent strategic and analytical acumen with an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset; a natural problem solver.

· Strong motivation, drive, energy, and ambition to achieve revenue and social impact growth.
