Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and manage the day-to-day operations and deployment of security personnel to the sites as allocated.
- To take the lead in manpower planning for individual sites as assigned not limiting to manpower forecasting and planning for all permanent and relief security personnel.
- To be responsible and handle clients in an appropriate manner and to response to complaints or any operational issues arose.
- Conduct on the job training for sites as per requirement to new hires and conduct refresher courses as and when required. For instance, safety briefing, traffic management control.
- Coordinate with the management team and work client's management team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Able to carry out investigations and write incident reports
- Make rounds and checks on various sites to ensure security personnel are carrying out their duties accordingly and meet up with clients to get feedback on a weekly basis.
- Attend weekly/monthly meetings with clients and contribute towards performance improvement plan in the security industry and to provide better services to clients.
- Submission of reports on a weekly basis.
Requirements:
1. Prefer with experience in Customer Service or uniform groups like Police or SAF/SCDF
2. Excellent communication skills and people oriented
3. Able to respond to emergency within 24 hours and reacts to emergency
4. Possess good interpersonal skills and to work as a team including security personnel
5. Hold a valid class 3 driving license
6. Able to meet tight deadlines and meet customer expectations promptly
