Office Buildings in Town (Marina Bay)

$3600 to $4000 (Office hours, Sunday off)

Duties:

1. Overall in charge of a big site with 20 to 30 security manpower.

2. Good leadership skills and able to lead a team of Security Officers to meet the client's requirements. Good in technology implementation like video analytics; body worn cameras, motion detector, vehicle management system, etc.

3. Day shift, 5656 day week ( Alternate week on 5-day, 6-day or 5.5-day ). Off on Sunday & PH. Office hours.

4. Job duties include manpower planning, leading the team, conduct daily briefing, fulfill KPI of clients.

5. Possess valid security license, preferably with CSO or SSS. Prefer from the uniform group (SPF, SAF, SCDF, etc). Retired uniform personnel are welcome.

6. Work with clients closely and carry out instructions according to SOP.

7. PC literate and can able to put up incident reports, monthly reports and various management reports.

8. Conduct OJT for new staff; guide and advise new staff and orientate him for the job. Conduct regular refresher courses on customer service, handling fire alarm, emergencies, etc.

9. Attend management meetings & prepare minutes; give suggestions for improvement of services.
