Requirements | Job description
Responsibilities:
· Conducting site visits and client meetings to ensure officers are performing their functions effectively.
· Timely submission of Monthly Security Reports to clients.
· Planning and implementing logistics support across all sites.
· Managing PLRD notifications for sites.
· Overseeing the handover and takeover of sites, including manpower, administration, and logistics planning.
· Establishing site-specific Standing Orders.
· Conducting Workplace Safety and Health Risk Assessments for each site.
· Monitoring and executing individual contract life cycles.
· Supporting the Business Development team by attending tender interviews.
· Facilitating prompt client payments.
· Ensuring client satisfaction.
· Addressing client feedback and requests.
· Minimizing liquidated damages imposed by clients.
· Implementing operations management software (e.g., THOR) at sites.
· Promoting and facilitating contract renewals.
· Continuously improving work processes.
· Supervising Operations and Customer Relations Staff to ensure they fulfill their duties.
· Meeting all KPIs and Key Deliverables within prescribed timelines.
· Collaborating with other department Heads to fulfill contractual commitments and provide excellent service delivery.
