Duties of OE (preferably with Security Agency Background)
Responsible and accountable for effectively managing the day-to-day operations / allocated contract sites and staff by providing the highest quality, compliant, and professional security service to its customers
Conduct security and safety risk assessment surveys of the assignments
Conduct investigations and vet incident reports submitted by the security team, and prepare and conduct AAR of the incident.
Overall in charge of the day-to-day operations of security personnel at the allocated sites
Conduct OJT training for new hires and conduct refresher on SOP
Handle workplace investigations, grievances, and discipline
Plan and schedule training for security personnel in alignment with PWM requirement
Plan and conduct periodic exercises to ensure the vigilance of security personnel
Assist with recruitment and selection of security personnel
Manage and review security procedures
Proficient in MS Office
Requirement:
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the Security Industry
GCE 'O', 'A' or Diploma in any field
SS & above PLRD licensed
With a Class 3/Class 3A Driving License
Stress-resistant, flexible
Excellent communication skills and a "people" person
Good interpersonal skills
