We supply security personnel to Shopping centers, Museums, Factories, Buildings, Apartments, Schools, etc. We are looking for suitable candidates for the following position:

Training Manager ( onsite training at security sites )

Requirements
1. Degree, Diploma or “A”, “O” in any field; ACTA or DACE cert is preferred though not a must.
2. Prefer with Security, SPF, SAF or uniform group or HR experience

Main Duty :
Responsible for Total Training Plan, admin and training duties in the company including planning staff for training, training admin & logistic, conduct soft skills training & refresher training, etc.

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Responsible for training functions & activities for 1000+ employees.
2. Ensure OJT (On the Job Training) is carried out and maintain proper records of OJT training.
3. Total Training Plan - conduct Learning Needs Analysis & map out training plan for the organisation. Work closely with Operations Managers to plan for staff training.
4. Work with training vendors to schedule for PWM ( Progressive Wage Model) WSQ training for staff progression to the next levels.
5. Keep proper records of training attendance, training materials and update employees' training records. Submit and process training Claims.
7. Prepare annual ISO, BCM (Business Continuity), Bizsafe, OSHA, SACE audits.
8. Update training materials (including e-learning), SOP, etc.
9. Submit application for grants, subsidy for training courses/ Technology solutions.
